i got some little speakers they are 10v dc and that power cable had a small blue output like the green speaker type but it's blue...

where do i connect this?

If they work, dont do anything. Also, what is with the NEC thing in your sig? its just a monitor, and with just a 16ms response time.

It looks like you have to have that motherboard or something, it has some kind of proprietary connection for power.
