im looking for a cd ripping program that can turn cd into really high quality mp3 files. like im talking 200-360kbps

try "switch".I am using it and loving it.In this you can set the quality by using manually VBR setting.

Windows Media player does this? doesn't it? i changed my settings to mp3 @ 320Kbps

It's the same guy, just not colored. I'm considering changing again. Maybe back...maybe to the snake one
