Well..recently my videos and music that i play starts up but it skips like crazy..after a while leaving it alone it will play with less skipping..all of my vidoes and music is messedup, from youtube to my own music skips I dont know what is wrong..if some1 could give a suggestion to waht they think is wrong...please help me out.

hmm check ur CPU usage and ur number of processes..this 2 things might be the one lagging u..
btw what anti virus software u use?

my cpu usage is werid..it jumps around from like 2% to 11% to even 55%... is this normal??
and um my numbof preceses is 46...but be4 i wuld have less processes running and my media wuld be fine, eveyrthing worked fine...but now its not.
and my anti virus is AVG

u might wan to try turning off ur AVG awhile and see if ur problem is slove

hey i Tried turning off AVG, and it didint stop my delays in media..and does any1 mind filling me in on how to update my sound drivers correctly.
does any1 know what to do??
