Audigy4 with XP 64bit

Hey I was curious if anyone knew of some issues with using the SB Audigy4 with XP pro. 64bit. It seems that after getting the card my games crash and music programs randomly freeze. I didn't know if this was something to do with the sound card or not cause I got a new Mother Board put in too. Thanks for any input

I've never had any trouble at all running my audigy 4 on win xp x64 professional over here.

Two things have to be considered there. 1)32bit games on a 64bit version of Windows. 2)Creative drivers can be flaky at times needing an update or reinstall. The board would need 64bit suitable drivers or a compatible set for use there. You would see other problems coming up without a working set of those.

thanks guys, actually I think it might be a stick of RAM, thanks for the advice though.

Well memtest will have a role there for that. The rush to get into 64bit versions of Windows is another problem being that it's still only two versions now that Vista is out. I had some fun here waiting for Creative to release any drivers for the 32bit version of Vista since they were planning to drop support from the Audigy line according to some? That obviously didn't happen quite yet.
