At times when playing LP-Faint or LP-In the end, the music from my speakers sound weird and disorted and unclear... is that because my speakers are only 2.1 or because I'm using onboard sound?
PS - What happens if you use 5.1 speakers in an 2.1 sound card?
Plug in some headphones and see if the weird sound still happens. If it does, then its your sound card.
If you plug 5.1 in a 2.1 card, only 2(+bass) of the speakers will work. The other 3 wont do anything. (Depending on the model of 5.1 but that doesnt matter since 90% of them work the way I said.)

Well now the probs gone. The motherboards an P4VXMS w/ P4 1.3GHz @ 1.43Ghz.
Speakers, Altec Lansing AVS300 Multimedia Speaker System. 2x Speakers, 1x Woofer
