hp-1 barracuda headset connection problem!

hello, i have just bought a hp-1 barracuda headset, and am trying to set it up,



on my sound card i have 4 ports coloured blue, green, black and yellow!

i know the mic is the blue port on the sound card!!



and on the headset i have the 4 coloured jacks which are yellow pink black and green! but dont know if any are the mic or not any help would be great!

i have it set up like
green - green
black - black
yellow - yellow
and (mic) blue - pink

not sure if this is right but works ok!!

i think they want you to use their own sound card



barracuda actually makes sound cards, as well as headsets and mice

yeh i have the mouse but the sound card is expensive!!
also with the way i have them set, the mic is really low!
