Yeah, PCI not PCIe... it will only fit in one of the slots, so you shouldn't have any problems

Unless your talking about the extremely old ones, they use the PCI slot.

) Older cards used ISA, some may special riser ports(my Abit AN8 did). PCI Express doesnt work well with sound cards, or so I heard...
