Sound Card recommendations


Hi,

The sound card I use now is using the Realtek AC'97 codec drivers and Windows Vista Home Basic is the O.S.



If I were now to upgrade to HD audio, what sound card should I get that supports HD audio, and would anybody recommend this upgrade?



I'd like to know the some best options, although $100 or less is what I prefer.

ok, but people are having problems attaching microphone to this sound card?

Only if you need to use like all the ports. It is a good card.

ok great, i just noticed too my computer has mic port on front so I can insert mic's jack there. should work.
