klipsch Promedia 2.1 vs. Logitech Z-2300

Which one should I get? I'll be using onboard audio. I'm using Logitech Z-230's right now and want to look for something with more bass. I also have my computer hooked up to my panasonic stereo system that makes around 230 Watts(not sure if thats peak or not, I don't remember). Would I notice any difference with these speakers over my stereo system right now? Also, are the ratings of 200 Watts on the Klipsch and Logitech peak power or RMS power? I can get both for $100 right now and was wondering which one I should get. I like the looks of the Logitech's, but I hear Klipsch has better responce and bass control. I was just looking and the Klipsch's are actually cheaper.
