Could anyone tell me a rough value of this PC, and wether it is any good or not, i have a feeling i've been ripped off..

Sounds like a scam. Not many people can get Dual Core to 6.4 without some major cooling chemicals. And I seriously doubt they would be dumb enough sell it for that price. That computer would be well worth over $1000-$2000.

Get CPU-Z and run it... see what it says

have you actually got the computer yet?

no i have done the bid and won but got suspicious and wasnt willing to pay until i knew what os it came with... they havent yet replied

The CPU must be a Pentium D which runs 2 cores at 3.4GHz in PARALLEL, the clock speed is not combined, instead it's like 2 Pentium 4's running in Paralell.
