How to solve the IRQ conflict between USB and NIC?

The USB pci card and NIC always occupy the same IRQ, how can I fix it?

Are you actually getting I/O conflicts? I have not seen an IRQ conflict since like windows 98.

It is ok for more than one device to occupy the same IRQ, there is only an issue if it conflicts.

If you want you can try to disable like your serial ports in your BIOS, then that will free up an IRQ and if there is really a conflict your system should move one of the controllers to the new freed IRQ.
