with the modem.

And how he can fix this problem. He is trying to use no charge it is a

what errors is he getting?

does he have the phone line plugged into the correct port

did it ever work or is this new ?

if dial up ,what is the name of the provider/isp

did the isp's software install ? did he get any errors?

when he try's to connect, what happens? any errors?

what are the errors ?

is the phone line plugged in ?

does the modem have 2 ports if so is the phoneline in the right port ?
