Any UK ppl with vigrin cable boardband? Need Help

Any UK ppl with vigrin cable boardband?

Just join vigrin. I can't install the disc from virgin as I don't have english XP. And my flatmate with english Vista seems not working as well.

I was told by my friend that he didn't install the disc and still connect with internet.

Anyone any idea?

Edit: Also if you know your account user name and pass you should be able to connect with out the software, have a look at this... http://www.virgin.net/customers/my_a...ion/index.html

Yup takes the piss, you pay for the service etc... then when it don't work your charged and waste half your time speaking to a foreign call center... Grrrr *Rant over*
