Wireless internet question.

I have over 4 grand to use for this project. Is there any way at all to outfit a car with wireless internet? I travel a lot and need internet where ever i go. Once again, my question is, is there any way to outfit my car with wireless internet, so no matter where i go, i am connected to the internet. Thank you for answering this question.

Just get a card put in your laptop from Verizon, Cingular, or Sprint....

Only works where you have access to a cell tower.. Is that good enough?

Or do you mean something like this

If your going to get it from a cell provider I've heard Sprint has the fastest, and doesn't care what you do on it, whereas Verizon limits what you can do (games, torrents etc)
