I was not sure whether to put this in OSs or in Networking...

ok. this is my first time using Linux in any form and I thought that Xandros was going to be my safest bet to get started. I am running a dual-booting laptop system with these specs:

Acer Aspire 5000

AMD Turion 64 Mobile Processor - 1.6 GHz

512 MB DDR333 RAM

Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter (integrated)

SiS 900-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter (Integrated)

Connect to the internet from a Cable modem with a Linksys G-router.

I have installed Xandros 3.02 OCE and it has its own 10 Gig partition on an 80 Gig harddrive. I was finally able to get the desktop to boot, but no matter what I try in the Connections wizard (static or dynamic) I cannot get my laptop to connect to the internet using either the wired or the wireless adapter.

I think that Xandros is recognizing my wired adapter. It says that there is an eth0, however I cannot get my wireless to connect at all. I think a lot of the issues I have will be recitified once I can get the neccessary updates, but I need the internet for that to happen. I don't care if it is wired or not! HELP PLEASE!!
