I've read the other day that the latest version of the Linksys WRT54G has a lot of problems. They chose to change their software from Linux. hmmm.

The Linksys I had was good for the first two years then around this June it started to give me high pings. For the past month it has been fine but after this I don't know if I would trust Linksys again, especially from what I been hearing lately.

Never had a problem with linksys for 3 years. Right now we have a Linksys WRT54GS and its working flawlessly with 8 computers connected wireless.

I truly wish that was the case for me, the problems it has caused for me have gone beyond aggravating. For just over a month the router has been problem free and I hope it stays that way. Either that or the next problem be a total failure of the router so I can move on.

I had a linksys and D-Link. The linksys was more user friendly and so far no complaints. The D-link just required more work but still flawless.

So far I have been lucky with this router. I haven't had any problems with it in 1 month and 11 days. I think this is the longest it has worked properly since the problems started. I just hope it remains that way.
