slow usb disk-on-key

when i connect my disk-on-key to the usb, i get a messege that my usb is slow.

(you can see the messege in the power point i have attached)

how can i increase the speed?

umm i think you might have usb 1.0 and that may say that so plug it into 2.0 if you have one
