Cheap Build Suggestions

I was given an old Dell. My mom wants a new computer for e-mail and online shopping, but doesn't want to spend much. I was thinking of using that Dell, and upgrading its insides to keep the cost down. My budget is $150.

What I Plan To Reuse:
CD-ROM drive
Floppy Drive
PSU
Sound Card
Keyboard/mouse
Hard Drive
Linux Ubuntu

What I Want:
Case
Motherboard
Processor
Memory (1gb)
Wireless LAN card

Thanks

I have to admit, no matter how I hate ENCORE, that adapter was terrific. Unfortunately, after using it for 3 minutes, it's probably hotter than your CPU...
