How do i put a vidio clip on a web site

Help how do i put a vidio clip on a website

I use frontpage

I have a camera canon that will take a vidio clip, i have saved as mvi avi

Before and i added it to the web page as a vidio clip

is used to work but now it goes up as a red x

But when i few on my frontpage before i upload it works but online it does not

Please Please can someone help me

One method you could try is to upload to youtube than use the "embed html" from youtube and put that on the page you want the video on.
