Photoshop animation?


Can anyone tell me if its possible, or how to make an animation using photoshop? Im trying to do a website graphic and was thinking that if i did a serious images in photoshop that if i put them together I could animate them somehow. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I know you can animate in Photoshop, I just don't know how, sorry man!

Use Flash, not photoshop...

Is there something I can download to do this? Flash is another $300 I cant afford at the moment...

3D animation or what? I wouldn't know where to start with animating in photoshop...

No not 3d, it could be a 2d image
