Quick Question about my slimline?

Some sites say it supports 2gb in each dimm and some say it supports up to 2gb total. If i get 2x2gb units would my computer reconize at least 2gb since some sites say max of 2gb? I ask this because the price between a kit of 2x2gbs and kit of 2x1gbs isn't much more

Crucial do a memory tool that scans your PC and tells you what memory you can get, it's on http://www.crucial.com/

That's what i use, but this is the first time crucial.com has said something different from the manufacturer's site, i just wanted to make sure that crucial.com was correct, thanks for the reply.

Just to let you know that memory will reduce its speed down to pc2-5300 due to motherboard limitations.
