PC wont load windows

Hey, i recently wiped my HD. and now i cant boot the windows install disk. it just wont load the cd or with a jump drive. I changed the boot priority in the bios, and Ive tried using hp system tools and PE builder to format the jump drive and i couldnt get that to work either. I may have done it wrong but i dont think so. Ive reformatted with CD before without any problems. But this time i cant seem to get anything to work.

Have you tried the Windows CD on another system to see if it works still?
