Question


I tried to install "WINXP home" but installion ended because the power went out and then the computer shut down. When the power came back then i tried to lauch the computer but i cant... The black screen with ticking arrow don磘 go away...What to do? Could somebody help me?

Does this happen when you try to reload the Windows setup, or can you even get that far?

when i try to lauch the computer then it shows the windows xp start up logo and after that comes up black screen with white ticking arrow on top of the screen. If i launch the computer with xp installion disk, then nothing different happens... i hope you understand...

Sounds like your booting to the harddrive, you need to boot to the XP cd.

how should i do that i磎 little bit confused and nervous about my pc...

is my c:\ driver still alive or not? (the files, system etc)

should i do flash recovery or something like that? does the flash recovery causes a files deletion in my drivers?

At the botton of the bios screen there should be ( Press--- key to boot to CD-ROM) If not go into your bios and set the DC-ROM as first in your boot order.
