Building a new computer and need some advice: Thankyou!

I am only salvaging two parts from my current build. A Pentium 4 Processor at 2.8ghz and the 80G hard drive. I was just wondering, since I am getting a new motherboard, will I have problems transferring the processor and the heatsink (I checked and yes the pins fit 775).

The new video card requires a minimum 350 Watt power supply and I know I need a new one lol.

-any recommendations for a PSU?

Oh, if you have any comments on things to avoid while putting a computer together, FEEL FREE to add.

Thank you VERY much

Can link parts on request.

... Bad GFX. Budget?

1) Remember the standoffs
2) P4 2.8 is outdated. Very.

Not suggest you get that GPU...

ATI HD3850 will perform a lot better.

PSU: depends on budget. But at least get something like Rosewill RP500-2
