Windows Vista Passoword Help!

Hey I recently pusrchased a Hp Pavillion dv 9000 on here.Ans its not letting me login because you have to put a password in.Is there anyway to work around this were i can change the password or take it off?

there is, the only way i can really tell you what to do is reinstall the os. That is all i can legaly tell you

its not illegal what u talking about imy computer i bought when u turn it on it comes up with a user and u have to put a password in.and i dont know the password becuse the idiot that sold it to me didnt take it off and is not responding to me.
