Laptop Question


hello computer forum, does anybody know a site that sells laptop GPUs? cause I want to buy a cheap 700 dollar laptop and upgrade the GPU



is this possible?

That depends on the manufacturer of the laptop there are some out there you can do that with but you may want to make sure your are able to because not many laptops you can do it with.



Best bet it just spend around 1k for a decent gaming laptop off of newegg or something.

could you help me find a cheap gaming laptop? it dont have to be SUPER high end not even high end. just decent. as long as it could handle city of heroes or world of warcraft (wow on highest)

Your not going to find a decent one that can handle full graphics on things. With laptops there just isnt enough power that they can consume for full graphics. Even alot of the alienware laptops cant handle alot of games full settings. Just look for a laptop that has gddr3 memory higher than 256 my laptop has 512mb gddr3 in it. It all depends on the specs you want which in turn gets the price on what you are going to have to pay.

I didint mean I wanted it to play all the games on highest settings. I just want it to be duel core and able to play some of my mid/high end games. i dont care if its on full settings or not

This is about the best your going to get for around 700$ and it costs around 25$ to get another gig of ram if needed.

Great screen, great finish and build quality. Best warranty in the business (2 years full, 1 year accidental damage, no dead pixels). Dedicated graphics card with 256mb, but you can assign even more system memory for the gpu. I have been playing WoW and portal on it with ease. I couldn't be happier for the $$

wow, hey thanks man I think im gonna buy that laptop. I dont need super good graphics on my laptop. I just want to be able to play my MMORPGs when im out. even if its on the lowest graphics settings
