My Laptop is soooo slow. i've heard i should do a system reboot. i want my comp to be how it was when i bought it. :C

what type of computer is it AND do you have the CD's that came with it?

I know nothing how do i find out what it is? no discs either. god i'm so crap!!

Right click on "My Computer" and click on "Properties" to see your system's specifications.

What kind of computer is it? It may have a recovery partition to restore your system back to factory default. Does it ever say hit F10 or F11 when you start it up to enter recovery mode?

Do you have access to a windows CD? Assuming this is a windows machine.
