Please help me when i submit to run the web server but i give a error below

Hi,.
This is due to Skype software which you may be using
the skype sometimes uses the PORT 80 used by the default website of asp.net in IIS.
that causes an error.. change the port of either SKYPE or ASP.NET
or close skype and restart IIS..
it will hopefully be fixed
