Help on Sound needED!!!

Hi all, i'm new to this forum.



the problem i am facing nw is that i am able to listen to music normally in my computer but when i go online to watch video or listen to music..there is no sound coming out from my laptop...also the bottom right hand side of my toolbar no longer have the volume control setting..





Is it because i have untick the wrong program in the ''msconfig'' service or startup?



if so, i have already enable all the service and startup..why is there still no sound when i go online watching video or listening to music?



Please help me =(

ahh yes, i had that problem on my old junky laptop. as i remember, i downloaded a driver for my sound card, and it worked perfectly. plus, the sound volume increased!

that may not fix all of your problems, but its a good start!
