I need help and can pay

Hello all.



I have a new site but when I type in the web address this addon appears by the installers, I was told that its easy to fix but i just dont know how to do it.



If anyone can help me that has total knowledge id appreciate it.



It use to go straight to the site just by typing and then suddenly when I type it in it goes to my site but has the people whom installed the site added on and my hosting company told me that I can take it off so that it just goes to my site only at my proper address without addons forwarding it.



Can anyone help me please?

I'm a little confused by your question, so let's start at the beginning to figure out what your needs really are:



1) What OS is the server?



2) Is your website hosted on a webhost, or an actual server? Who is your host?



3) What addon are you referring to? What appears when you type in the address?



4) It sounds as though you're referring to ads placed by the webhost... am I correct in assuming this?

I have my social networking site being hosted by a hosting site.



The people that i bought the site from addeed part of there company name called ourspace and cgi to my web address



I was told by my hosting company that I can have that removed.



ourspace told me that I requested it but i never did and now they wont take it off so I was sent instructions on how to do it but I dont understand it and dont want to mess up.

Well this isn't really a DNS issue, but if you paste the instructions, we can take a look at it and either walk you through it or someone may be able to offer to correct the problem themselves.
