International mail address validation

Does anyone know of a plugin form and verification ... PHP or Javascript ... for international mailing addresses ... particularly postal codes?

Not sure what you mean, and I dont know of any plugin, but i remember some guy I used to work with wrote a script to parse mail addresses from free form text that was one long line, and I remember it being awfully difficult.

He got it working very well in the end by using a few simple rules, so look at as many addresses as you can and work those rules out, if you cant find a plugin.
